After 13 years of accumulation, through three special project funds, the Ling Feng Foundation was established in 2017. The foundation supports impoverished families, helps students with education, and provides medical care for patients. It raises funds both domestically and internationally, organizes international exchanges, and trains young and middle-aged doctors. The foundation also works to raise public awareness about disease prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation knowledge. It organizes volunteer medical teams to provide free medical consultations in Yunnan, Hainan, and Shijiazhuang, as well as offering medical aid to Guinea. Additionally, it conducts public lectures in Europe, the United States, Asia, and Africa.

經13年積累，通過三個專項基金專案，2017年成立北京淩鋒公益基金會，資助貧困家庭、學生就學、病患就醫。籌集海內外資金，舉辦國際交流、培養中青年醫生；向公眾普及疾病預防、治療和康復知識；組織志願醫生團隊赴雲南、海南、石家莊義診，赴幾內亞醫療援外；赴歐、美、亞、非等地進行公益講學。
