The founder of the Green & Shine Foundation in Hong Kong in 2001 and the initiator of the Beijing Green & Shine Foundation in 2008. Since the 1990s, he has been funding the education of impoverished children in rural areas. By leveraging the power of public charity, he has worked to improve the educational environment for rural children and promote educational equity and sustainable development.

He has donated and raised over 100 million RMB, building libraries, computer classrooms, providing scholarships, and offering teacher incentives, all aimed at helping rural teachers and students realize their dreams.

The foundation has implemented 972 projects across 79 counties in central and western China, benefiting over 2.5 million teachers and students. With the help of 9,565 volunteers contributing 1.3 million volunteer hours, the quality and impact of the charity projects have been ensured and continue to thrive.
