Since childhood, she has been deeply influenced by her father, Dr. Chiang Chen, a Hong Kong industrial philanthropist, and his strong commitment to charity and patriotism. In 2013, she founded the "Love Foundation," overseeing fundraising, funding allocation, and project planning.

She has personally visited 18 provinces and cities in mainland China, collaborating with rural organizations to provide care services for left-behind children and the elderly. The foundation has supported the training of over 10,000 volunteers to assist families in need, awarded over 1,000 scholarships annually to underprivileged students, and helped equip 100 rural schools with "Love Learning Hubs"—multi-functional activity rooms.

Additionally, she has partnered with more than 30 primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong to offer leadership development programs for students. During the pandemic, the foundation provided financial aid of HK$3,000 per household and free parent-child counseling courses to 1,600 grassroots student families in Hong Kong who faced unemployment.
