A physician with disabilities, known as the "Black-and-White Knight," wears a white coat by day to heal patients and turns into a "black-handed" craftsman by night, transporting assistive devices, preparing equipment, or repairing handcycles. Leading a humble life, he has been dedicated to social welfare for 25 years, benefiting over 100,000 families with disabilities.

His contributions include organizing computer training camps, offering music therapy for special education students, funding free health check-ups for disabled families, delivering lectures on healthcare for people with disabilities, and donating handcycles. He also pioneered the world's first accessible cycling charity service system.

Every week, he conducts rehabilitation programs using high-tech handcycles, promotes accessible water fitness, organizes sports tourism and ecological tours, trains volunteers, and improves barrier-free sports and leisure environments.
