Through the hotline service provided by volunteers, we can introduce available social resources to callers and encourage them to live their lives with heart, supporting and encouraging each other. This is Hong Kong's first single parents hotline and the only registered single parents association. Ms. Yu was appointed to the Commission on Poverty and has participated in the formulation of Hong Kong's social welfare policies!
