The Selection Requirements:
Charitable entities, organizations around the world, whose charity works or charitable acts fulfill the selection requirements below, are eligible to be recommended by a third party.“Innovators, pioneers in charitable acts, charity works and philanthropy; Compassionate entrepreneurs, leading the enterprise to contribute to the community as a whole; Religious leaders have mercy on those who suffers and bringing benefits to the general public; Low profile philanthropists, rectifying and improving the general trend, tendencies and atmosphere of the society; Those fervently helping others in distress and aid those in need or peril, including the elderly and orphans.”

Application Guideline:
At the end of March till 30 April every year
The Recommender/ Recommending Institution should submit the completed Chinese or English Application Form with supporting materials (maximum 10 pieces of A4 paper, short video of around 2-3 minutes) as well as future plan or project outline for the prize money, online, via e-mail or by post, on or before the application deadline.
