The Applicant's Preparation Checklist

1. Recent photo with colour of the Applicant/ Logo of the charitable entities, organizations (file size: no more than 1.5MB, scale 1.5 : 1, please use Applicant’s or Organization’s name as the filename, in JPG format)
    
2. Charity organization / business registration certificate (file size: less than 1MB, in JPG / PDF format)
    
3. Previous awards (name 3 of them)
    
4. Reference (Newspaper clippings, event photographs etc. No more than 5 files, file size: less than 2MB, in JPG / PDF format)
    
5. Reference links (no more than 5 links)
    
6. Future plan / Project outline for prize money (less than 200 words, file size: less than 2MB, in Word / PDF format)
    
7. Recommendation letter is a must, from institutions / organizations for the individual Applicant (less than 200 words, file size: less than 1MB, in Word / PDF format）, except Organizational Applicant
